If, as in the participants in the discussion above were to take a same radical view of the Ten Commandments; using the same logic applied to the Ten Commandments as they do of the Noahide Laws. They would have taken a similar view of the 10 Commandments.

By instituting the Noahide Law gives society a framework in which to live; besides the point that many of our state, county, Parrish, and city, burgh regulations will go away. Those regulations were instituted to make fines (taxes) or to control groups of people or persons. So, people will need a new framework for social interaction.

In Japan, they have unwritten “rules of public interaction”.
“Leave the area where you have been eating clean and orderly, so the experience of the next person’s experience will be as enjoyable as your experience.” Or something to that affect.

So littering, loud and obnoxious behavior are quelled because of an unwritten law of society.
Americans need written rules or their freedoms get in the way of others.
