Peach Pie 🍑🥧

This was requested by my mom for a family gathering. Yummy!

Ingredients:
1 pie crust
Pie filling:
15-20 peaches, sliced
2 tablespoons corn starch
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Crumble Topping:
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1.5-2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup oats
1.5 sticks unsalted butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350°.
1.Prebake the pie shell in in 8-9" pie dish..
2. In a large bowl, add sliced peaches, corn starch and granulated sugar. Mix well. Add to prebaked pie crust.
3. In a second bowl, add melted butter, oats, flour, and brown sugar. Mix well. Crumble topping all over the peach slices, in the pie pan.
4. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
5. Serve with vanilla ice cream & ENJOY!
