Paul encourages Titus to teach older men and women sound doctrine. The older women can then teach the younger women. Titus can teach the young men and male servants. He should be a pattern of uncorrupt pure Pauline doctrine. We can all adorn the doctrine because the grace of God to save Gentiles appeared when Christ saved Paul in Acts 9, teaches us to live right (Titus 2:11, 12). We are looking for Christ to appear again to Rapture the body of Christ before the Tribulation (Titus 2:13; 1 Thess. 1:10). Meanwhile believers in the dispensation of grace are being purified to be Christ’s peculiar people by Christ’s Spirit in us using Christ’s word to us in (Romans to Philemon). (Believing Israel was His peculiar people in time past (Ex. 19:5, 6) and will be His royal kingdom of priests again (1 Peter 2:9) after our Rapture (Rom. 11:25-27). But the hope of the Messianic kingdom on earth saints is the Second Coming of Christ after the Tribulation (the rest of the Bible outside Paul’s letters).

In summary, Paul tells Titus to teach the congregation "sound doctrine" and about our "blessed hope [Rapture]" and that our great God and Saviour, Jesus Christ gave himself for us in order to purify for Himself a peculiar people. Here is an important verse: "And to wait for His Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come [Tribulation, Daniel's 70th week, Jacob's trouble in Jer. 30:7] " (1 Thess. 1:10).
