3 cycles after Erekir the war was going very, very badly. Even though humanity had many early victories, the entrance of the Xerxes Republic had turned the course of the war. The Galactic federation was now winning battle after battle against humanity. However, what the Galactic federation didn't know was that humanity had developed interplanetary nuclear weapons which were ready at all times to strike the Asteria system which is one of the most important and critical systems due to the large amount of factories and the class 2 dyson sphere around the blue giant star.

POV of Daniel Toores (CPT. Yr 2312)

It was terrible. Constant suffering and pain. The army of Xerxes was too powerful. They were able to capture the planet of Lyra in 18 microcycles. 18 GODDAMN MICROCYCLES (for context a microcycles is a day) Even though we had developed interplanetary nuclear weapons, stupid Fletch had refused to use them which caused some slight problems within the EF Senate. But now, the EFSF had shown some hope. The Velkora Corporation built a monster. The EFSF Executor. It was 127,000 feet in length and 15,000 feet in width. It carried a MGX-1027 polarised fusion reactor, capable of powering a small system. In terms of weaponry it carried a 2219 Intersystem ray, which can annihilate most moons. However, war was still hard. In Svakolv we were being sieges by the Xerxes so badly we lost 291,000 men to a single offensive. (Keep in mind that they only had 210,000 xerxans). In Svakolv the only thing that saved us was the EFSF Aeolus. It wasn't as strong as the executor however, it was still able to take down the xerxans at Svakolv with a 282/10 K/D. I am writing this in Kantalukeron in hopes that someone reads this and I have a small memory before the EF will launch the Grand offensive 0.9 cycles after now. Remember that we still have interplanetary nuclear weapons
