ESW Eurasia Editor and US Army veteran Stanislav Krapivnik spoke in studio with an RT presenter regarding the second peace talks between Ukraine and Russia at the Dolmabahce Palace, scene of the initial Istanbul negotiations after the start of Russia's Special Military Operation in the spring of 2022. In Stas' opinion, the Collective West is simply stalling for time to re-arm Europe and have European troops take the place of fallen or gravely wounded and depleted Ukrainian manpower, while Russian negotiators are also realistic about the fact that the Zelensky wartime regime will never accept Moscow's demands.
