More Disconnected Youths?

A minor child getting an abortion is most likely a significant event for them, both physically and mentally. For most, it is the result of a crime. All too often we see children getting into trouble. Some even turn to self-harm. Many children just need an adult to speak with. This bill required notification of ANY ADULT the minor is comfortable with, of the abortion, POST-procedure.

Unfortunately, our legislature's preference is not for these children, nor concern for the crimes perpetrated upon them.
