In a recent interview, Edgar Berlanga spoke about the opportunity to fight Canelo again if he defeats Hamzah Sheeraz on July 12th. Some say Edgar's ego has gone to another level since losing a 12-round decision to Saul in 2024.

Berlanga said during yesterday's press conference that he was injured when he fought Canelo and that he would do better in the rematch.
