Leja’ describes how the wait for the protagonist’s lover has put her in a cycle of agony with vivid imagery through the lyrics. All she wants is for him to take her away from the world and fill the void in her heart but the lover plays hard to get and leaves her wanting for more. With the signature Lost Stories flute sound blended with folk elements, layered vocal harmonies and a soulful lead male vocal, this track portrays a love that is deeply desired but not received back.
