A Real Sunday Sabbath Law?

Is a real Sunday Sabbath Law going to be proclaimed before the end comes? Have there been bills in the U.S. Congress that have tried to establish a 1st day of the week Sunday Law before? Have Roman Catholic Popes attempted to endorse 1st day of the week Sunday Sabbath laws? Is the Jesus of the church today our Sabbath rest… or is this… devilish doctrine?
