"Outrageous": Telus customer angry after monthly bill doesn’t reflect new contract

A Telus customer is expressing his frustration after he says the telecom giant wasn't honouring a two-year contract he was promised earlier this year.

“If you do the math, it works out to over $400 a month,” said Tony Brown.

After reaching out to the company multiple times, he says he gave up. He then reached out to Consumer Matters Anne Drewa.
