Action Radio 5/16/25, Why is it We Need a Supreme Court?

OMG it was a total embarrassment. President Trump ends the illegal practice of so-called "birthright citizenship," which is the practice of giving American citizenship to anyone standing on US dirt, regardless of their citizenship, or status, or crimes, or anything. Just this magic veil of the promised land if a child is born, accidentally or on purpose, usually on purpose I think, in our country.

The 14th Amendment specifically prohibits "drop in" citizenship through requiring children are born to people subject to US citizenship, not geographical, but citizenship jurisdiction, by being US citizens or permanent residents. This makes Trump's executive order an open and shut case, no possible debate, because this order is grounded specifically in the 14th Amendment. So other than to throw out the lower courts illegal attempts to validate "drop in" citizenship, there is nothing for them to do.

However, I don't think the Supreme Court judges ever discussed the 14th Amendment in the entire hearing. In other words, they have no clue what they are doing, and except for Alito and Thomas, should be removed.
