DOOM: THE DARK AGES 🔥 THE FIRST HOUR (GAME PASS // GAME PLAY) [4K60]

This game feels like a classic DOOM game. Out of the box the controls feel nice, which is usually not the case for Bethesda games in my experience.

You have TONS of customizable settings, including independent settings for difficulty and game speed, which is awesome for those of use who have not played DOOM for 20 years but still want faster game play.

CHANGE THE GAME SPEED SETTING! If you are use to games like Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 then this game will feel a bit slow at default. But all you have to do is set the Game Speed to 150% and it becomes a game you can't put down! The first 30 minutes (Chapter 1) I play at the default speed setting, and the last 30 minutes I change it to 150%

The combat (at 150%) is so satisfying and addicting. There is Parrying in this game, but you have a separate control for the Parry Window (time period). So even if you hate parrying, you can easily get it down with a higher setting.

The graphics look great, game play is fun, it plays super smooth on the Xbox Series X, the soundtrack is crushing METAL 🤘 and it's just FUN to smash through hordes of demons. I say give this one a shot if you have Game Pass (Ultimate or PC) 👍
