Dr. Hall has a Ph.D. in Philosophy with a minor in Law, a US Army Gulf War Veteran, a US Army Paratrooper, and a US Army Special Forces Operations graduate. Dr. Hall holds 14 certifications from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Certified Pastor in the Christian Faith, consulted two presidential candidates, and has worked globally on all 5 continents in and out of war/conflict zones as an intelligence analyst, geopolitical/military/police consultant and contractor for over 25 years.
Dr. Hall is the founder of Hall Combatives Foundation Inc. (faith-based NGO) which helps combat human trafficking, violence against women and children, and exposing corruption at all levels.
