Why No Libraries in Nicaragua 🇳🇮 No Bibliotecas

You will rarely if ever encounter a library in Nicaragua? Given that every student first learns the word biblioteca in Spanish, one really has to wonder why did we work to hard to learn to ask where the library is if there isn't one? So why don't we find many in Nicaragua?
