On May 12th, 2025, a meeting was convened by the Sheboygan County Wisconsin's Republican Party. H.O.T. was provided with a video of the meeting. Information we had previously supplied statewide was a topic of discussion.

Until recently, Russ Otten and James Tesauro held the helm of the Sheboygan Republican Party. The new leadership has raised questions about the information we provided regarding the Right of First Refusal (ROFR) bill and the contributions made to particular candidates by energy companies.

The meeting was attended by Russ Otten, who became the main subject of an investigation into misinformation that was allegedly provided in a statement. We, at H.O.T., stand firmly by the data we disseminated statewide. The figures we reported, currently under discussion at the meeting, were sourced directly from the Wisconsin Ethics Commission website.

Our documentation is accurate and we openly challenge anyone to prove us wrong on our information. It is clear that the current board, brought into power with the aid of Speaker Robin Vos, is attempting to completely marginalize the former leadership with false and trivial information.

H.O.T. has had the privilege of working closely with James Tesauro and Russ Otten. Our experience has shown us that they are true patriots, deserving of our support. We invite the newly elected Sheboygan County board to question our figures. We are more than willing to furnish all necessary data to substantiate our claims.
