Nationally syndicated radio talkshow host Rich Valdes was on Newsmax TV’s “National Report” with Emma Rechenberg and Jon Glasgow to react to the federal court victory the Trump administration had Wednesday over the president’s lawful use of the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.

“This is a huge win for Trump… Yes, this is the United States and we have to provide due process to everyone, but not to terrorists (deported under the Alien Enemies Act).” said Valdes.
