What Are Inalienable Rights?

Every day on X, you can see people complaining about their rights, but how many have ever studied their rights?

One read of the Bill of Rights isn't enough.

We've been so indoctrinated to believe this:

Government >
Man.

But the truth is, it's this:
God >
Man >
Government.

We The People created the government.
As per a maxim of law, that which one creates one controls.

The government is only supposed to keep order, not rule our lives and steal our money.

Your rights are INALIENABLE.

That means they cannot be waived without full disclosure of the terms.

THEY CANNOT BE WAIVED OR VIOLATED!

(Unalienable came later as an interpretation but they mean the same thing)

Let's back up where your rights come from.

1. The Declaration of Independence
2. The Bill of Rights.
3. Backed up by Supreme Court Rulings.

Some of my favorites:

1. John Bad Elk - You have the right to resist UNLAWFUL arrest as it's essentially kidnapping.

This goes on all day every day in this country.

2. Brown v Texas - Refusal To ID

You see this all over Tiktok cop videos.

This is so EGREGIOUS it disgusts me to new levels of disgust, how today's officers are trained that any words out of their mouth are "lawful" when not a single thing they do is lawful.

A reasonable, articulable suspicion of a crime that can be stated by a statute must be expressed, not invented.

3. Bruen - Upholds Your Right To Bear Arms (2024)

This one is so juicy and unpacks it all!

Any law that is not congruent with the Constitution at the time it was created IS NOT A LAW.

This ruling removes ALL GUN RESTRICTION.

4. Marbury v Madison - A Law Repugnant To The Constitution Is Void

“A Law Repugnant To The Constitution Is Void,” directly reflects Chief Justice John Marshall’s assertion that any law conflicting with the Constitution is invalid, a core holding of the case.

5. Poindexter v. Greenhow - Waiver Of Rights Must Be Fully Disclosed

Pay attention to this one please because it goes on all day every day!

Every day in every city of every state of the union, Department of Motor Vehicles are filled with people who are signing up for a driver's license and ID cards that completely waive their rights.

This ID is a mechanism in which the state perceives that you KNOW you're waiving your rights and you want to do that! 🤣

Imagine if they told you the truth!

Who would wait in line, and sit in those chairs, and put up with the nastiest employees this side of the post office.

NOBODY!

Same for marriage licenses, dog licenses, hunting, fishing licenses.

When did "they" start imposing these?
These things are so young it wold blow your mind.
