Keto Sandwich Bread (Microwave Version)

If you're craving a bread-like base without the carbs, this quick keto recipe is your answer. Made with coconut flour, eggs, and heavy cream, it cooks in just minutes and can be used for sandwiches, toast, or even on its own.

Ingredients (Serves 1)

2 tbsp Coconut Flour

½ tsp Baking Powder

1 Large Egg

2 tbsp Heavy Cream

2 tbsp Olive Oil

Procedure

In a microwave-safe dish, pour olive oil and spread it to coat the bottom and sides evenly.

Crack the egg into the dish and add the heavy cream. Whisk together until smooth.

Add coconut flour and baking powder, and stir until you have a lump-free batter.

Use a spatula to spread the batter evenly in the dish.

Microwave for 1–2 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.

Let it cool slightly, then slice and enjoy.
