This goes for the weapons & stats!
It aint a bug , it's how the game was made to be. So that people would play the other 2 paths with different 'builds'

You could ofcourse use it to increase to boost your stats but it will not allow you to unlock the 100% attributes achievement.
This goes for +15 strength or +6 warhammer of the Titanlord hammer.

It can be found inside the Saurian Temple inside the Volcano (Side of the Don's Camp)
It requires you to break the Blue Barrier to get into the Saurian Temple , there for Chapter 4 is required!

Due note: That the cheevo doesn't pop if you do it after Chapter 4!
