Help With Being Social Frequencies (Music Version)

As an introvert and empath, I wanted to create something to help me be a bit more at ease whenever I have to go into social situations like going shopping, going to parties, hanging out with friends, having business meetings, etc.

So, (with God's guidance) I gathered various frequencies that are said to help with: safety (root chakra), confidence (sacral chakra), emotional balance, emotional stability, stimulation of affection, stimulation of friendliness, stimulation of kindness, stimulation of warmth, healing the mind, healing the body, relaxation, love of self, love of others (heart chakra), relaxation, inner peace, cheerfulness, joyfulness, cleverness/communication (throat chakra), chakra balance, and social integration.
