Tips for Beginner Runners

Coming from Running then MTB Riding then mixed Cycling and Running
1. Make sure you have enough fuel - not hungry and not too full of food in your stomach.
2. Better start with stretching before you run to avoid muscle strain and other injuries.
3. Do warm ups like walking or biking first.
4. Do normal walking or better brisk walking if you cannot run, sprint or even jog.
5. Get a comfortable pair of running shoes.
6. Be motivated to exercise and you can do this by competing with yourself.
