Start your day with this light, fluffy, and fun egg cloud. It’s a simple yet stunning breakfast that’s low-carb, high-protein, and ready in minutes. Perfect for keto or anyone looking for a healthy morning boost

Ingredients (Serves 1)

2 eggs

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp red bell pepper, chopped

1 tbsp cooked bacon, chopped

1 tbsp green onion (green part), chopped

2 slices tomato

2 slices cucumber

Method

Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C).

Separate egg whites from yolks. Place whites in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and beat until stiff peaks form.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spoon the whipped egg whites into two mounds.

Create a small well in the center of each and gently place a yolk inside.

Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden and set.

Top with chopped bell pepper, bacon, and green onions.

Serve with fresh tomato and cucumber slices on the side.
