Cooking bread cooking simple bread farmhouse bread motohealing

About as easy as it gets - only 4 ingredients!

7 g Yeast
1.5 cups of lukewarm water
3 cups of all purpose flour
2 tsp Salt

Mix for 10 mins in a stand mixer if you have one, if not, then knead by hand for 10 mins. Cover and let rise 60 mins. Punch down dough and scrape onto lightly floured surface. Shape dough. Place shaped dough into greased bread pan. Cover and let rise for 60 mins. Cook at 450° F for 35-40 mins.

So delicious!
