Keto BBQ Chicken Kabobs.Sweet, Smoky & Low-Carb Perfection

Ingredients (Serves 1)

150g chicken thigh fillets, cut into 2” pieces

2 tbsp brown erythritol (keto-friendly sweetener)

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp cumin powder

1/8 tsp chili powder

1/8 tsp black pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine brown erythritol, salt, smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, and black pepper.

Add chicken pieces and mix until well coated. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Thread marinated chicken onto skewers. Grill over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.

Let it rest a minute after grilling for maximum juiciness. Perfect for BBQ season or meal prep.
