Oakland Mayor Advocating For $50/Hour Minimum Wage

Former Congresswoman Barbara Lee was recently elected as the mayor of Oakland. She is now advocating raising the minimum hourly rate in CA to $50. How about less government spending in CA and tax breaks for the people?
