"India wants peace but knows how to destroy enemy," says Modi after Pakistan clashes

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday congratulated the Armed Forces for their response and action following clashes with Pakistan last week.

"Our Air Force targeted the terror bases deep inside Pakistan. Within 20-25 minutes, you hit the pinpoint targets across the border. It can only be done by a professional force laced with modern technology," Modi said.

Modi added that India is committed to peace, but if attacked, "India knows how to destroy its enemy."
