The Villages Cash Sales Continue To Trend Lower

The Villages march sales stats are out as I take a look at sales, cash %, median price and more. The Villages has been on a gradual decline and nothing tells me that won't continue. Inventory in The Villages may pull back a bit during the hot months, only to ramp up again around fall... I'm seeing more and more discounted homes across the board so expect home prices to continue their decent as demand slows.
