Providence & Worcester GP38-2s 2006 & 2008 running PR3 on the Pawtucket line. 13° @ engine house.

I was able to catch 2008 coming out of the engine house this am. 2006 was tied down with a train at the Manville yard. The crew was having issues getting the compressor to fill the airlines due to the below freezing temps. The train was delayed and I had to leave. Caught them a bit later as they were headed out the Pawtucket line with pellet hoppers and boxcars. Genesee & Wyoming
