CA vs. BETTY BRODERICK — PART SIX — Divorce Attorney DANIEL JAFFE testifies

Beverly Hills Family Law practitioner Daniel Jaffe takes the stand today. He was one of Betty's divorce attorneys. From what I've read, Mr. Jaffe believed he had secured a settlement for Betty, but she rejected it. After she rejected the settlement, communication between Mr. Jaffe and Betty ceased, and eventually he stopped representing her.

This trial is from 1991. Betty Broderick is on trial for the murders of her ex-husband, Dan Broderick, and his wife of six months, Linda Kolkena Broderick. It is alleged that she entered their home in the early morning hours of November 5, 1989, and shot both of them while they were in bed.
