Vacant house patio bees

The owners brother stopped by to check and saw a few bees on the patio. Then I open the ceiling up and find this. Took 1.5 hours of vacuuming bees to knock down the numbers enough to work the comb. Got 3 buckets of bees and 3 buckets of honey and comb and filled 5 frames of brood for the hive.
