Wind chills in the teens Monday night

Quiet but cold conditions are going to overtake the week on the backside of the dreary, damp system that hit us over the weekend.  Tonight will be mostly cloudy with lows in the 20s, feeling like the teens overnight due to a breezy northwest wind.
