How Does The State Bring Forth A Claim On You?

Do you think you're so law abiding that you would never need the freedom education we provide?

What if the state created a cause against you for a dog bite?

What if you paid the vet bills and REMEDIED the neighbor and the dog?

What does the state have left to do?

You didn't run from it.
You volunteered the financial offering.

Should be done right?
That's common law.

But the state wants to bring forth a cause of action, which they have no lawful standing to do, since they are not a victim of the incident.

But they have a LEGAL standing, if YOU don't know these words and terminology and action.

If you don't know, you will unknowingly consent to the proceedings.

Is that wrong?
What would you do?
