From DePauw University in Indiana, Hamilton's alma mater. David Gellman, A.W. Crandall Professor of History and chair of the history department, moderated this program, which was part of the 100th anniversary celebration of DePauw's Rector Scholar Program. Hamilton, himself a Rector Scholar, reflected on the state of the nation, the partisan divide, and the role each citizen plays in the democratic process.
