You Need a Brotherhood of Inspiring Men

I talked to guys in their 30s who say "it's time for me to start slowing down.. the body's getting old... Joints are getting stiff... Don't want to hurt myself..."

This 65-year-old guy was full out sprinting, six pack, doing push-ups, throwing frisbees for an hour straight.

Thoae 30s guys probably ARE having those symptoms, because they let themselves slow down.

If you don't let yourself slow down, you don't have those symptoms.

And if you're in your 30s and 40s, every year you're bad or good decisions compound. Going from 40 years old to 50 years old can look like two decades of aging if you're not taking care of yourself.

However the reverse can also happen. In @menoffireprogram, I have men who age backwards decades in a matter of months after struggling by themselves for years.

This time of a man's life is too important to watch it's slip away. And unless you're like the guy I met today who "never stopped working out since he was 20"...you have work to do.

And don't start searching Google for a workout plan because that's not your problem. You already know you should be eating healthy, not drinking, you already know you should be working out. You can get ripped with push-ups and the food you have in your fridge.

You need to change your environment. You need a brotherhood of inspiring men he will motivate you to get your butt out of bed and hold you accountable.
