This goes for the weapons & stats!
It aint a bug , it's how the game was made to be. So that people would play the other 2 paths with different 'builds'

You could ofcourse use it to increase to boost your stats but it will not allow you to unlock the 100% attributes achievement.
This goes for +15 strength or +6 warhammer of the Titanlord hammer.

1: Kill Doyle
2: Let him escape Harbour Town
3: Turn him in via Rodriguez

Another note: To get to Duram's key / chest you have the following options!

1: Buy the key from Duram (200 Gold)
2: Pickpocket from him
3: Kick his a$$ and loot the key!

Bonus Note: If you want to complete 'Fleeching the Butcher' you cannot fight with Dargel!
If you do that will cancel the quest and replaces it with Dances with Butchers.

To complete 'Fleeching the Butcher Quest' do the following!

1: Talk with Dargel but do not fight him!
2: Talk with Cid again!
3: Open Dargel's Chest [Lock Level 1 or 2] either via Lockpicking or via Open Lock Scroll!
