OUR GOVERNMENT DENIES OUR RIGHTS WHENEVER THEY WANT. AND WITH IMPUNITY!

SELECTIVE APPLICATIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION
What gives government the right to “pick and choose” our civil rights?

#1. Our Constitution guarantees us certain God-given rights. These have been seriously diminished by a "pick-and-choose" government.

#2. The 1st Amendment's done: Look at what they did to us during the Covid-19 Hysteria. They shuttered our businesses and churches. They banned our right to assemble or worship. Some of us were arrested and even beaten for walking out their front doors. We were sentenced without as much as a trial. There was no due process.

#3. The 2nd Amendment's done: Its bad enough the ATF writes their own laws, but when our 2nd Amendment went out the window, so did our freedom.

#3a. How about someone freed from prison, jail, probation, or parole? He's supposed to resume his place back in society, but government won't let them. In the ignorance of the public eye, it's assumed he's paid his debt to society.

#3b. So it is assumed: Government picks-and-chooses which civil rights we may and may not have. It's like a "cafeteria" where you choose what you want. Human rights aren't up for grabs. This includes the 2nd Amendment's guarantee of your right to own a firearm.

#3c. In many of our cities and even states, this isn't just for those freed from prison, but for everyone!

#3d. If you haven't paid your debt to society, then government needs to keep you locked up. If you're too "dangerous" to own a gun, then what are you doing out of jail?

#4. 5th Amendment routinely violated by federal prosecutors: Too often someone is tried and found not-guilty in a State Court, only to be picked up and tried for the same crime, in a federal court. The judge’s gavel has barely hit the desk when the FBI swoops in and takes the “not-guilty” man away.

#4a. "Double Jeopardy" is dead: Feds operate with impunity. They'll take the same crime, same actions, same event, and give it a new name. With a new name it's now a new crime. Now they can prosecute you again! Feds have a 94% conviction rate … all due to their “bottomless checkbook.” Tell me that doesn’t suck!

Here we go: If someone must have any of his civil rights taken away, keep him locked up or at least on probation or parole. If you free him then set him "free"! A free man is entitled to the same rights as anyone else. Selectively choosing from within the Constitution is “cafeteria justice.”

You can’t have this both ways … although you have for a very long time, you evil bastards! When you’re busy denying our guaranteed rights and liberties without due process then you're the criminals! Working “loopholes” in the Constitution means you who should be behind bars.

Mr. Trump! Where are you on this?
