This goes for the weapons & stats!
It aint a bug , it's how the game was made to be. So that people would play the other 2 paths with different 'builds'

You could ofcourse use it to increase to boost your stats but it will not allow you to unlock the 100% attributes achievement.
This goes for +15 strength or +6 warhammer of the Titanlord hammer.

And will it trigger a responds?
Only Oscar will threaten you via Domingo!

Another Note: Fincher will not teach you sword training after chapter 1 if you decide to JOIN the order as a Warrior or a Mage.
So the only way at the moment to get the Gladiator Cheevo 'legit' is by doing the following.
Due note though: You cannot use Rings nor Amulets to Lv.10 skills!
It has to be trained manually!
But here it goes.

1: Do as much quests as possible and become Lv.10 [before entering chapter 2]
This will mean that you have to complete the Don's Camp quests + Tristan's Farm + Harbour Town.
There is a secret exit way out of Harbour Town , which has a 'hidden quest' connected with it.
But make sure NOT to join a side , since this will trigger Chapter 2.
Just a quick note: To get the Gladiator cheevo you MUST join the Warriors of the Order.

2: Train your first 10 levels into Sword Fighting via Edgar [Lv.1 to Lv.7] & then Fincher [Lv.8 to Lv.10]
If you entered chapter 2 , Fincher will only train Warriors of the Don!
So this is why i state DO NOT join a side.

3: Join the Warriors of the Order [You could aim for mage , but you need the mage playthrough for the MAGE achievement , there for i note Warrior of the Order is the MUST join side for this cheevo [Gladiator]

4: Continue the Game and Train Staff & Axe to Lv.10
Staff via William & Inquisitor Mendoza and Axe via Ukkos

5: Once beated 99% of the game , use the Bruggleweed Glitch to get the last Level!
And train that last level in whatever remains standing!

6: Gladiator Cheevo unlocked!

Due note: Scattering them through-out the characters doesn't count!
Atleast at time of recording it didn't :)

So here is a tip on how to get the 3 cheevo's!

1: Join the Warriors of the Order for Gladiator [as stated above]
2: Join the Don to max out the Bow & Crossbow
3: Join the Mages to max out Crystal Magic.

Gladiator & Mage requires Lv.30
Archer requires only Lv.20 which gives you enough space to add the rest of the skills + perhaps Strength or Dexterity [but not both]

So doing it this way you might need a 4th playthrough to get the last stats [Sample: Strength]

Unless you add a few more levels via Bruggleweed Glitch!
Then this is how i would scatter the 'stats'

Warrior of the Order - Strength!
Warrior of the Don - Dexterity!
Master Mage - Wisdom!

Although , Wisdom is easy complete-able in all 3 paths
