HO Scale Engine Fix Locked Up Tight

Train show purchase in the original box. Wonderful GB&W Alco Century. Looks like new.
This guy way going nowhere. Both truck were bound tight with old dried grease. Took about an hour to clean and lubicate both trucks.

My fix with minimal tools and cleaners. Edited for time. Lots of cuts.

Will the engine ever run again? Will Lassie save Timmy from the well? Will Dan Thorn get the Olympian through on schedule?
