keto chocolate Cupeakes
These soft and chocolaty cupcakes are perfect for your keto snack time. They're simple to bake and even easier to love low in carbs, high in flavour
Ingredients (Serves 1)
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup melted butter
½ cup erythritol
3 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp gelatin powder
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a muffin pan with butter.
In a large bowl, combine cocoa powder, almond flour, erythritol, gelatin powder, beaten eggs, and melted butter.
Stir everything together until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter evenly into the prepared muffin cups.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Let it cool and enjoy.
