Tae Bo is a combination aerobics/self defense program of the type popular from the late 80s into the 90s where (usually unknown) martial artists strung together some basic strikes and kicks with step aerobics into 30 minute cardio workouts. In terms of cardio they actually work well. In terms of self defense … at least you’re building the muscular endurance you need to punch a lot.
