This is a 10Hz Alpha Wave is inspired by José Silva and the Silva Method but not the official track. This track helps the mind come back to the 10Hz Alpha State, which Jose Silva believed was the bridge to the subconscious. I prefer using this as a day time meditation, but over the years many people have found great benefits from using this for sleep. Please understand that if this is the first time listening, it may sound irritating, but stick with it, and around the 15-20 minute mark your brain waves will align with the frequency and you will experience a deep peace. It may be a peace you have been longing for. It definitely doesn't work, if you over think and doubt the track, just relax and focus on the sound, when limiting thoughts pop up, just let them go.
