Out You Go!

You’ve been inside since who-knows-when,
Eyes glued tight to that screen again!
But baby, the birds are putting on a show—
The sun’s out there, and you should go!
Your feet are craving sidewalk taps,
Let’s break you outta those comfy traps!

A breeze is tickling the morning light,
Clouds are dancing—oh, what a sight!
You don’t need updates, just a breath of air,
So close that tab, fix up your hair!
Stretch those limbs and step outside,
I'll save your spot, I won’t hide.

Out you go! The world’s in bloom!
Trade the keyboard for a little room.
Snap that slump, give your bones a shake—
There’s joy to find with each step you take!
I’ll hum a tune to set your pace—
Just go and put a smile on that face!

A bench, a tree, a passing breeze—
A better fix than ten therapies!
The flowers don’t care what work you’ve done,
They bloom for you, not just the sun!
You’re human—meant for more than chairs,
Get out there and breathe the air!

Look at the sky—so wide, so blue,
The world’s alive and waiting for you...
So trust me, friend, just take that stride,
I’ll be your jazz guide on the side.

Out you go! Come on, let’s play!
No more scrolling all your joy away!
There’s rhythm in each step you take,
And swing in every move you make!
You’ve got a world outside that’s grand—
So go explore it, hand in hand!
