When members of Congress and a Mayor from New Jersey "stormed" an ICE detention facility, federal officials charged the Mayor of Newark, Ras Baracka, with federal trespassing. Now, the Trump administration is considering additional federal charges against Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-NJ) seemingly based on limited bodycam footage from the chaotic scene. Gene Berardelli tries to judge slowly and not jump the gun by reviewing what we know so far about this incident.
