In this introductory talk and conversation, we explored things to consider important to the presenter’s own innerstanding of the depth of Jesus’ words, teachings, and actions:

- How the Aramaic language is structured
- A glimpse into the consciousness of ancient Semitic-language speaking people: we’ll address key factors like the concept of time, personal essence, and a nomadic way of life
- The central role of Hakima (Holy Wisdom), Soul, and Breath in Yeshua’s teaching way
- The role of the translator in rendering any teaching, and the nature of Aramaic as a very real living language, rather than a “dead tongue”
- Pronunciation and discussion of key words and sayings, and their usefulness and power in one’s own prayer and meditation practice

While the presenter is not a practicing Western or Aramaic Christian, there is great relevance and practical use with many of the teachings and sayings that are credited to Jesus.
The intent is to present this material in a way respectful of, and relevant to, all folks, regardless of whether you identify as Christian or not.
Open-mindedness and curiosity will be very helpful in this exploration.
A Q&A and discussion flows throughout the presentation.
