Note: The Chromanin Book 3 hasn't spawned yet nor did it spawn before i went to beat the Sleeper.
So it's safe to say that this quest got bugged.
I am not sure WHY it got bugged but it's either broken in UE4 OR i did it to early (i collected Book 1 & 2 in like Chapter 1)

This is something i will test with the 2nd run but for now the quest is bugged and will not be completed.
