In this chapter, we see the result of sin, Moses interceding for the people, and the beginning of 40 years of wandering in the desert.

How often do we see God's faithfulness, nearly to the point of completion, and then when anticipation building, do we recoil in fear at the slightest doubt? Obedience is better than sacrifice, definitely better than self flagellation for not being obedient.

Alistair Begg once said that "If we doubt our doubts as much as what we know to be true..." then we'd live completely different lives. Let's live out our faith today, both in spreading the gospel and following God's leading.
