ORIGIN of the Arbiter! | Halo 2

In a dramatic shift, this mission marks the first time we play as the Arbiter, a disgraced Elite given one final chance at honor by the Prophets. His first task: hunt down and eliminate a dangerous heretic who has begun to question the truth behind the Covenant religion.

The Arbiter is deployed to a distant Forerunner installation, where the heretic and his followers have fortified themselves. With squads of loyal Covenant troops at his side, the Arbiter begins his assault, cutting through waves of heretic resistance in the dark, ancient corridors of the ring-like structure.

Though the Arbiter fights with brutal precision, the heretic proves elusive, escaping to a nearby floating facility. The mission ends with a determined pursuit into the storm above the gas giant below—setting the stage for deeper revelations and the Arbiter’s path toward redemption.
