I'M BEING HARASSED BY CHRISTIAN APOLOGISTS | MY RESPONSE

Requesting the contact details and address of cyber criminals with anonymous profiles posing as Christian apologists, through Youtube legal protocols and a respected registered British law firm is not for "vigilante" purposes, it's to report them to the police for breaking UK laws.

These people were struck off Youtube for not only criminal harassment and defamation (I have the emails from Youtube as proof), but also for them violating the copyright counter notification process by giving a fake address in a foreign country whilst being based in the UK. (I also have screenshots to prove this).

My legal team have saved every threatening video, stream, and post they have ever made. Once we obtain their contact details through legal means we will submit all infringing content with timestamps to the authorities, just like we did to Youtube, in order to start criminal proceedings against them.

Also it is not permitted for a once banned content creator to start an account on Youtube again! Hence they will be reported to Youtube once again.

Here's the criminal and civil laws they have broken;

"Their statements are legally actionable under Section 1(1) of the Defamation Act 2013 which establishes liability for statements that cause 'serious harm' to reputation. For example; false accusations of doxing, false allegations of involvement in Nouman Ali Khan's sexting scandal, false allegations of seduction of men & minors online, and false accusations of extremism and gang affiliation.

Their statements and actions also constitute criminal harassment under UK law, legally actionable under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 and Communications Act 2003, s 127(1) which criminalises grossly offensive, indecent, and false electronic communications. For example; using sexually derogatory remarks and derogatory insults, zooming in on body parts and making degrading & sexualised remarks, explicit threats, hate speech based on religious beliefs, false claims of someone planning to send people to use violence against them, false accusations of someone supporting inappropriate behaviour towards minors, and false accusations of extremism.

Also fraudulent copyright counterclaims submitted by the perpetrators using false contact details, constitute to criminal fraud in breach of the Fraud Act 2006 and YouTube’s Terms of Service."
