The PREP Act provides legal immunity from lawsuits and liability to those who manufactured and administered harmful pharmaceutical products. Congress must pass legislation to REPEAL THE PREP ACT. In summary the PREP Act: is A Constitutional Violation; grants Blanket Legal Immunity; offers hardly any cover for Compensation from Injury ; grants Tyrannical Powers; reduces Public Transparency. As the PREP Act removed fundamental and unalienable rights, it provides a permanent loophole for overreach of power. The PREP ACT has to go!
