Mount and Blade 2 Bannerlord was released for Microsoft Windows in 2020 by TaleWorlds Entertainment as an early access sequel to Mount and Blade which came out in 2005. Even though this is a sequel, it is actually set 210 years prior to the original M&B. Bannerlord is a strategy sandbox action RPG where you are free to be bandit, merchant, warlord, in a world full of villages, towns, prisons, fighting arenas, kingdoms, with a dynamically changing economy. You can engage in politics and diplomacy; manage your clan; upgrade and manage settlements; gather armies and wage war. You can even get married and have kids. The game will build into full scale war, while defending and attacking castles. The original Mount and Blade has a huge modding community and it is most certain that Bannerlord will as well. It has a single player dynamic campaign where no two playthroughs will be the same. M&B multiplayer has several new modes, Captain Mode, Skirmish Mode and . Also, Bannerlord has numerous and unique factions such as The Calradic Empire, the Vlandians, The Stugians, The Aserai, The Khuzaits, and The Battanians to make sure your game is always diverse and varied.
